Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMBP3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,755 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMBP3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host anatomical structure, and Plasma membrane raft organization. Each is linked with RIMBP3B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP3B-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Symbiont-mediated disruption of host cellular anatomical structure grouped by RIMBP3B-low versus RIMBP3B-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
