RIMBP2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,080 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMBP2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2_S1155, CRIP2, and MAP1A_S612. Each is linked with RIMBP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIMBP2 versus MAP2_S1155 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
