Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,661 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SOX10, and SLC16A8. Each is linked with RIMBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP2 results are reported.
