Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIMBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIMBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, ATM, and Notch1. Each is linked with RIMBP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by RIMBP2-low versus RIMBP2-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
