Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,546 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of T cell differentiation, Regulation of endocrine process, and Nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RIMBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP2 results are reported.
