RIMBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIMBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,012 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIMBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KRTAP2-1, OR5P2, and EPX. Each is linked with RIMBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIMBP2-to-partner and partner-to-RIMBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KRTAP2-1 grouped by RIMBP2-low versus RIMBP2-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIMBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIMBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
