RILPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,995 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILPL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN6, DOK1, and FAM219A_S72. Each is linked with RILPL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILPL2-to-partner and partner-to-RILPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RILPL2 versus PTPN6 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RILPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RILPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
