RILPL2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILPL2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,158 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMFG, JAML, and GIMAP8. Each is linked with RILPL2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILPL2-to-partner and partner-to-RILPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RILPL2 versus GMFG in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RILPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RILPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
