RILPL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC7A11, VIPAS39, and TIAM1. Each is linked with RILPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILPL2-to-partner and partner-to-RILPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SLC7A11 grouped by RILPL2-low versus RILPL2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RILPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RILPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
