Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILPL2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILPL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, p70-S6K_pT389, and PCNA. Each is linked with RILPL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILPL2-to-partner and partner-to-RILPL2 results are reported.
