Across TCGA cell cohorts, RILPL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,471 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILPL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Lipoprotein transport, Lipoprotein localization, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with RILPL1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILPL1-to-partner and partner-to-RILPL1 results are reported.
