Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,954 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILP-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGRT, LIPA, and FLVCR2. Each is linked with RILP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILP-to-partner and partner-to-RILP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RILP versus FCGRT in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
