Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILP protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,701 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RILP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DMTN_S226, RNF123, and SLC4A1. Each is linked with RILP in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILP-to-partner and partner-to-RILP results are reported.
