Across TCGA patient cohorts, RILP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 194 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RILP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1066P, RN7SL107P, and SMIM28. Each is linked with RILP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RILP-to-partner and partner-to-RILP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1066P grouped by RILP-low versus RILP-high in LUAD.
