RIIAD1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIIAD1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,101 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIIAD1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TPPP3, TTC39A, and C7orf57_S209. Each is linked with RIIAD1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIIAD1-to-partner and partner-to-RIIAD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIIAD1 versus TPPP3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIIAD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIIAD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
