Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RIDA Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RIDA data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher RIDA Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RIDA expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
KIRP are the cancer types where RIDA Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
