RIDA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIDA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,550 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIDA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are OTUD6B, BOP1, and SCRIB. Each is linked with RIDA in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIDA-to-partner and partner-to-RIDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIDA versus OTUD6B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
