Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIDA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,034 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD46, PTDSS1, and C8orf37. Each is linked with RIDA in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIDA-to-partner and partner-to-RIDA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIDA versus ANKRD46 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
