Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIDA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 88 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIDA-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR5F2P, CST8, and RN7SL134P. Each is linked with RIDA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIDA-to-partner and partner-to-RIDA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR5F2P grouped by RIDA-low versus RIDA-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIDA→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIDA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
