RIC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-60P, MIR8058, and BRI3. Each is linked with RIC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC3-to-partner and partner-to-RIC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-60P grouped by RIC3-low versus RIC3-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
