Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,862 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC37L1, PLAA, and UHRF2. Each is linked with RIC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIC1 versus CDC37L1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
