Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,010 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VGLL3, KRT40, and WAS. Each is linked with RIC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RIC1 versus VGLL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RIC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RIC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
