Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, Ku80, and Notch1. Each is linked with RIC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIC1 results are reported.
