Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIBC2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIBC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, XBP1, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with RIBC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC2-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC2 results are reported.
