Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIBC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,960 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RIBC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cell cycle checkpoint signaling, Purine nucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process, and Purine ribonucleoside triphosphate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RIBC2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC2-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cell cycle checkpoint signaling grouped by RIBC2-low versus RIBC2-high in BONE.
