Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIBC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,120 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIBC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPEF1, CCDC113, and CCDC114. Each is linked with RIBC1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC1 results are reported.
