Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIBC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 3,275 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIBC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTC25, ROPN1L, and RSPH3_T243. Each is linked with RIBC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC1 results are reported.
