Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIBC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,260 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIBC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEPTIN14P19, DPPA5P1, and RNU4-16P. Each is linked with RIBC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC1 results are reported.
