RIBC1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RIBC1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIBC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with RIBC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC1 results are reported.
