Across TCGA cell cohorts, RIBC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,123 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RIBC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flagellated sperm motility, Transport along microtubule, and Sperm motility. Each is linked with RIBC1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RIBC1-to-partner and partner-to-RIBC1 results are reported.
