RHPN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHPN2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 257 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHPN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CADM4, SCD5, and EOMES. Each is linked with RHPN2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHPN2-to-partner and partner-to-RHPN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CADM4 grouped by RHPN2-low versus RHPN2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHPN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHPN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
