RHPN1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHPN1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,676 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHPN1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCRIB, ARFGAP3, and NR2F6_S40. Each is linked with RHPN1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RHPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHPN1 versus SCRIB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
