Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHPN1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 828 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01618, MAGT1, and TUBD1. Each is linked with RHPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RHPN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHPN1 versus LINC01618 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
