RHPN1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHPN1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PR, Cyclin-B1, and c-Kit. Each is linked with RHPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RHPN1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PR grouped by RHPN1-low versus RHPN1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
