Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHPN1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 108 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHPN1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADAM30, OR10R2, and LY6G6F. Each is linked with RHPN1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHPN1-to-partner and partner-to-RHPN1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ADAM30 grouped by RHPN1-low versus RHPN1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHPN1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHPN1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
