Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOXF1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHOXF1 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RHOXF1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOXF1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA, SCLC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RHOXF1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
