Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOXF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,097 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOXF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NADH dehydrogenase complex assembly, Regulation of DNA strand elongation, and Positive regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with RHOXF1 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOXF1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOXF1 results are reported.
