Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOXF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOXF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, VHL, and JNK2. Each is linked with RHOXF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOXF1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOXF1 results are reported.
