Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOXF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,419 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOXF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Intracellular sphingolipid homeostasis, Regulation of mitophagy, and Regulation of macroautophagy. Each is linked with RHOXF1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOXF1-to-partner and partner-to-RHOXF1 results are reported.
