Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOV protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 831 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOV-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIRA, TIMM9, and ALKBH1. Each is linked with RHOV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOV-to-partner and partner-to-RHOV results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOV versus HIRA in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.83.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOV→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
