Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOV mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOV-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P5, RN7SKP216, and LINC01076. Each is linked with RHOV in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOV-to-partner and partner-to-RHOV results are reported.
