RHOV

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOV protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,202 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOV-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARFGAP1, ZGPAT, and YTHDF1. Each is linked with RHOV in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOV-to-partner and partner-to-RHOV results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOV versus ARFGAP1 in SKIN, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOV→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOV) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
