Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RHOU Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RHOU data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RHOU Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RHOU expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LIHC, UCEC, and SKCM are the cancer types where RHOU Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
