RHOU

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOU RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,877 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOU-associated genes across cancer lineages are CACFD1, EIF4EBP2, and POF1B. Each is linked with RHOU in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOU-to-partner and partner-to-RHOU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOU versus CACFD1 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOU→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
