Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOU mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 656 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOU-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTA2, SPHKAP, and CNOT4. Each is linked with RHOU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOU-to-partner and partner-to-RHOU results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTA2 grouped by RHOU-low versus RHOU-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOU→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
