RHOT2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,876 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are DNAJA3, TRAP1, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with RHOT2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOT2 versus DNAJA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
