Across TCGA patient cohorts, RHOT2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RHOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, Annexin-1, and Chk2_pT68. Each is linked with RHOT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT2 results are reported.
