Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,658 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MECP2, ZBED6CL, and TMEM120A. Each is linked with RHOT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RHOT2 versus MECP2 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RHOT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RHOT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
