The most reproducible RHOT2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of myeloid leukocyte cytokine production involved in immune response, Fusion of sperm to egg plasma membrane involved in single fertilization, and Hyperosmotic response. Each is linked with RHOT2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT2 results are reported.
