Across TCGA cell cohorts, RHOT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RHOT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM240A, PHOX2B, and SLC13A2. Each is linked with RHOT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RHOT2-to-partner and partner-to-RHOT2 results are reported.
